All of our garden rooms are fully insulated so that they can be used all year round.
In most cases planning permission is not required. Our buildings are designed to be installed without the need of planning permission. However, we always recommend that customers check with independent planning advice beforehand. Back garden access is ideal as all of our buildings are prefabricated. But, if this is not possible we can adapt to what access you have in place.
We take a 10% deposit on initial booking. The remaining balance is then paid upon completion.
We guarantee the building itself for 10 years. The EPDM rubber roof has a guarantee of 25 years and an expected lifespan of 50 years.
Our Garden Rooms can be placed straight onto an already existing hard standing base. However, if we are able to dig into your ground we can install a heavy duty timber stilt base system.
Our buildings include an internal electrical package which consists of a fuse box, spotlights, double sockets and any extras you require. The building also comes with either spotlights in the soffit or 2 x up/down lights on the external wall
Although our buildings are designed to be used all year round. We do recommend that you install a wall heater for those cold winter mornings. These can be purchased online for around £50 and are very energy efficient.
Yes! At our workshop, located in Mamhilad Park Estate we have an onsite showroom that doubles up as our office.
All of our buildings are pre fabricated in our workshop to ensure the installation process is as smooth and quick as possible. Depending on the size of the building, this can be anywhere between 2-5 days.
The standard finish of our Garden Rooms is with moisture resistant MDF with a base coat of white paint. This includes architrave, skirting and decorative beading. Other finishes we offer are plastered and skimmed and Victorian MDF Panelling.
